Within the Humanika network we have helped develop eight senior living locations across North Rhine-Westphalia — seven of them are now in operation. In addition, we provide selected advisory mandates to the housing industry: for Vonovia, we accompany neighbourhood development projects with a senior living component in Bonn, Munich and Cologne.
