WTG authority (German residential care law)
- Pre-check of concept compliance with the respective state WTG
- Early alignment of room programme, single-room ratio and common areas
- Support during consultation meetings with the relevant WTG authority

Public health office (Gesundheitsamt)

Fire safety

Do you also handle formal applications?
We coordinate and accompany the process, but formal applications are filed by your architect or general planner — we work closely with them.
Can you prevent delays caused by authorities?
Not always prevent, but drastically reduce. Most authority delays arise from misunderstandings and wrong assumptions early in the project. That's exactly where we step in.
Are you only active in NRW or nationwide?
We work nationwide, with a particular focus on NRW (Düsseldorf), where we know the WTG and public health office structures most intimately.
